I went for something punny this year for father's day.
The deer head I got at Michael's in their sale bin. The banner is from a CMTH set. The ovals are Stampin' Up! nesting dies and the branches are a Martha Stewart punch. The "herd" is from Frog Whisker's stamps.
I gold embossed the buck on the black patterned paper. Unless it's in sunlight, it's a little hard to see. I put the ovals on foam tape so the branches could be behind it.
It turned out to be fairly easy to make! I wish the banner were bigger. I want to find a way to make a "Holy Buck, Dude!" version. Guy cards are so hard to think of!
